Sausage and baby potatoes with bean salad
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, barbecue mini-ball and traditional olive oil.

Light the barbecue.

Mix the potatoes with the oil. Spread over 4 large sheets of aluminum foil and fold well.

Prepare the vegetables according to the instructions on the package and allow to cool.

Place the sausage on the barbecue and grill for about 10 minutes around golden brown and done. Put the packets with baby potatoes next to it and puff in approx. 10 minutes until done.

Cut the chives finely and mix into a dressing with the vinegar and mustard. Mix through the beans and season with pepper and salt.

Serve the sausage with the potatoes and salad.
