Fast summer minestrone
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, gold salami (250 g), olive oil, sifted tomatoes (passata di pomodoro, 720 ml, organic), chicken stockings, pasta (per zuppa conchigliette (bag 250 g)), luxury soup vegetables (a 300 g , frozen), soft goat's cheese (eg Bettine Blanc) and ciabatta ((bread) cut into strips).

Cut the salami into pieces. Heat the oil in a soup pot and fry the salami for 2 minutes. Add the passata, 1 liter of water and the bouillón tablets. Bring to the boil and add the pasta and the soup vegetable. Cook for 8 minutes.

Spoon the soup into 4 deep plates or bowls. Crumble the goat cheese over it. Serve with the bread.
