Chicken ragout with mushrooms and spring onions


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, wild and white rice (pack a 500 g), olive oil, vinegar, mixed iceberg lettuce (extra (200 g)), mushrooms, spring onions and chicken ragout (a 400 ml).

Directions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.
  2. From 3 tbsp oil, vinegar, salt and pepper beat dressing.
  3. Mix dressing with lettuce.
  4. Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.
  5. Cut forest onions into rings.
  6. Heat oil in the pan and fry mushrooms for 5 minutes.
  7. Add ragout and heat with it.
  8. Season the ragout with salt and pepper and serve with rice and salad..
