Trottole with sausage and kale
Italian trottole pasta with tuscan sausages, red onion, fennel and kale.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cut the onions into pieces, the garlic fine and the fennel in thin slices. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the onion and fennel over it.

In a bowl, mix the oil with the garlic and oregano and drizzle the vegetables. Roast the vegetables in approx. 25 minutes until done.

Meanwhile, cook the kale in water with salt in 10 minutes until done. Cut the sausages into 2 cm pieces.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the meat in 5 minutes until done. Drain the kale and add to the sausage. Add pepper and salt.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Spoon the pasta into a bowl.

Mix in the roasted vegetables and kale with sausage.

Sprinkle with chili pepper to taste. Bon appétit! .
