Wraps with curry chicken


Surinamese tortilla wraps with curry chicken and green beans.

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into 1½ cm pieces and boil in salted water for about 15 minutes.
  2. Cut the chicken into pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken over a high heat for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Add the curry powder and the garlic and stir-fry for 1 min.
  4. Add the onion, cook for 2 minutes and add the frozen green beans.
  5. Stir fry for about 6 minutes until the green beans are tender. Finally add the potatoes.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper and possibly some extra curry powder.
  7. Heat the wraps in the microwave according to the instructions on the package. Divide them over signs. Serve with the chicken, potatoes and green beans.
