Hare chop with stir-fried peppers and potatoes
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, mini-jars (450 g), hare chop, onion (chopped), soy sauce (bottle 250 ml), broccoli florets, paprika mix ((3 pieces), in strips) and bean sprouts (125 g).

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes in brown for about 10 minutes.

Stir frequently.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in another frying pan and fry the meat on high heat all around.

Add pepper and salt to taste.

Put the 3/4 part of the onion with the meat.

Add the soy sauce.

Let the meat cook on low heat for about 6 minutes.

Turn occasionally.

Cook the broccoli in approx.

2 minutes until al dente.

Pour 3 tablespoons of broccoli from the broccoli into the meat.

Drain the broccoli.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the pepper with the rest of the onion for 3 minutes.

Add the broccoli and the bean sprouts and season with salt and pepper.

Divide the vegetables over the plates and lay the meat with some gravy on it.

Divide the potatoes over it..
