Fried baby potatoes with dip


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, (olive) oil, potatoes (2x 350 g), cucumber, cherry tomatoes (250 g), carrots (deleted (500 g)), mix for dipping sauce (fantasia and carnaval (a 6 g)) ), mayonnaise and ham (about 125 g).

Directions

  1. Fry oil in frying pan and roast in approx.
  2. 10 min.
  3. Until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, wash cucumber, cut into 3 pieces and cut each piece into strips.
  5. To clean.
  6. Cutting carrots in length into quarters.
  7. Place vegetables in 4 dishes.
  8. In 2 dishes mix for dipping sauce, both mix with 2 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise and 1 tbsp water.
  9. Grill pan and heat slices of ham in it.
  10. Heat ham and warm potatoes on 4 large plates, put vegetables and dip sauce next to it.
  11. Dipping vegetables and potatoes at the table..
