Fried baby potatoes with dip
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, (olive) oil, potatoes (2x 350 g), cucumber, cherry tomatoes (250 g), carrots (deleted (500 g)), mix for dipping sauce (fantasia and carnaval (a 6 g)) ), mayonnaise and ham (about 125 g).

Fry oil in frying pan and roast in approx.

10 min.

Until golden brown and cooked through.

Meanwhile, wash cucumber, cut into 3 pieces and cut each piece into strips.

To clean.

Cutting carrots in length into quarters.

Place vegetables in 4 dishes.

In 2 dishes mix for dipping sauce, both mix with 2 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise and 1 tbsp water.

Grill pan and heat slices of ham in it.

Heat ham and warm potatoes on 4 large plates, put vegetables and dip sauce next to it.
