Tartar with bluefin cheese and chicory
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fine potatoes (450 g), chicory, orange, butter, dark brown caster sugar, tartar, blue cheese (eg Castello Blue) and chives (finely chopped).
