Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Chop the onion, finely chop the garlic and the tomatoes into cubes.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a skillet and fry the onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes.

Add the tomatoes, herbs and 75-100 ml of water and simmer for 10 minutes. Season the whole spicy with pepper.

Cut the olives into pieces and the broccoli into small florets. Boil the broccoli in plenty of boiling water for 3-4 minutes until al dente.

Drain the pasta, spread over deep plates. Spoon the tomato sauce on it and divide the broccoli florets and olives and crumble the cheese over it.
