Shrimp burger with avocado and aioli
Grind the shrimp, spring onions and coriander in a food processor.
Put the shrimp mixture in a bowl and mix with the eggs, the breadcrumbs and the chili sauce.
Season with salt and pepper.
Form 4 burgers with moist hands and put them in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
Heat the oil and fry the burgers in medium height in about 15 minutes until golden brown.
In the meantime, mix the mayonnaise with the garlic and the lemon juice.
Brush the bread with the aioli and top with a leaf of lettuce, a shrimp burger and avocado.
