Heat the oven grill. Drain the tuna and drain well. Mix tomato strips, dried Provençal herbs and mayonnaise or sour cream with the fish.

Place bevel slices of baguette next to each other on the baking tray. Sprinkle some olive oil over it and toast the baguette under a hot oven grill.

Divide the tuna and tomato over the baguette. Garnish with capers or parsley.
