Beef finches with stew vegetables
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, beef finches, stew vegetables (pre-cut, onion / carrot), mashed potatoes à la minute (pack of 3 sachets) and crisp mustard.

Fry 25 g butter in frying pan and beef finches around brown cans.

Lower the heat and let meat be cooked in 20 minutes, regularly turning.

In frying pan onion in the rest of butter, fry for 2 minutes.

Add carrot and fry for 3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper, add a dash of water and vegetables with lid to pan in 15 minutes.

Prepare mashed potatoes according to the instructions for use and stir in mustard.

Divide vegetables over four plates.

Serve puree and beef finch next to it..
