Zucchini fries with herb couscous

Put the couscous in a bowl or pan and pour the hot stock. Stir briefly and let the couscous roll according to the instructions on the package.

Stir in the grated lemon peel, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of olive oil and leave covered until later use.

Cut the zucchini lengthwise into thick slices and then into French fries.

Stir-fry the zucchini fritters with the garlic and hazelnuts in 2 tablespoons of oil on high setting in a few minutes until light brown.

In the meantime, bake the sausages in another pan and brown in the rest of the oil.

Mix the couscous with the chopped herbs and spoon over on plates. Serve the zucchini fries with the sausages and the spice couscous.
