Ingredients
- 1 pot beef broth with meat
- 400 gram farmer soup vegetables
- 100 gram pasta shells
- 1 ciabatta
- 150 gram butter
- 1 tablespoon Italian spices fresh
- Tablespoon dried Italian herbs
- 2 clove garlic finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon flat leaf parsley minced meat
- 2 bulb Mozzarella in slices
- 1 hand green olive in slices
- 10 dried tomato on oil in strips

Directions

Pour the stock in a pan and add 2 more pots of water. Add the vegetables and pasta and cook for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile cut the bread diagonally in wide slices, but do not cut through completely. Turn it a quarter turn and cut it again to create squares.

Mix the butter with the herbs, garlic and parsley. Fill the bread with the herb butter, mozzarella, olives and tomatoes. Wrap the bread in foil and put in the oven for 10 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes until the bread is crispy. Serve the stuffed bread warm with the soup.
