Fried noodles with summer vegetables
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, mienestjes (pack 500 g), snow peas (200 g), grated carrots ((bag 500 g), sliced), oil, fried rice / onions, onions (chopped), sweet soy sauce, salted peanuts ((250 g bag) and coarsely chopped).

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Remove the stem set and tip of the snow peas.

Cook the snow peas and carrots for 5 minutes in plenty of boiling water.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the meat over a high heat in 5 minutes brown.

Add the onion and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.

Put the noodles and vegetables with the meat in the wok.

Pour in the sweet soy sauce and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Divide the noodles over 4 plates and sprinkle the chopped peanuts..
