Fried noodles with summer vegetables


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, mienestjes (pack 500 g), snow peas (200 g), grated carrots ((bag 500 g), sliced), oil, fried rice / onions, onions (chopped), sweet soy sauce, salted peanuts ((250 g bag) and coarsely chopped).

Directions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Remove the stem set and tip of the snow peas.
  3. Cook the snow peas and carrots for 5 minutes in plenty of boiling water.
  4. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the meat over a high heat in 5 minutes brown.

  7. Pour in the sweet soy sauce and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  8. Divide the noodles over 4 plates and sprinkle the chopped peanuts..
