Guinea fowl with fragrant mushrooms
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, garlic (chopped), fresh parsley ((bag of 30 g), finely chopped), mushroom melange ((200 g), in coarse pieces), oil, guinea fowl fillets (from 3 dishes Gourmet game) and cognac (liquor).

Stir in the garlic, parsley and mushrooms beforehand and put this mushroom mixture on the table.

Heat the oil in the gourmet pans and brown the guinea fowl in 8-10 minutes.

Put a tablespoon of the mushroom mixture in the pan at the guinea fowl and bake for another 2 minutes.

Add a small splash of brandy and simmer for 1 more minute..
