Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Boil the broccoli florets in a pan with plenty of boiling water for 3-4 minutes until al dente. Rinse them under cold running water and let them drain. In a bowl, combine the flour with the curd cheese and 1 egg into a cohesive dough.

Knead this dough well and press it into the tart mold to a thin bottom with a raised edge of 4 cm. Cut the peppers into thin rings and divide half of the rings over them.

In a different bowl, beat the eggs with the tomato puree. Cut the cheese into small pieces and stir it through. Pour this mixture into the mold and press in the broccoli florets. Divide the remaining rings of paprika.
