Fried fish with marinated tomatoes


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, dried tomatoes (pomodori secchi, pot a 280 g), pangasius fillet (natural (fish)), baby potatoes (450 g), broccoli (about 600 g) and pine nuts (65 g).

Directions

  1. Let marinated tomatoes drain and collect oil.
  2. Halve tomatoes.
  3. Divide fish into 4 equal fillets.
  4. Sprinkle filets to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Roots boil in 8-10 min.
  6. Cast off.
  7. Clean broccoli, divide into florets and cut stem into thin slices.
  8. Cook in a pan with plenty of boiling water with salt for 5 minutes.
  9. Cast off.
  10. Fry 4 tbsp (collected) oil in frying pan, fry fish fillets in approx.
  11. 6 min on both sides until light and brown.
  12. Add tomatoes and warm up.
  13. Meanwhile roast pine nuts in a hot, dry frying pan for about 1 minute until golden brown.
  14. Cool on plate.
  15. Mix with drained broccoli and 1/2 tbsp (collected) oil.
  16. Distribute the lettuce and broccoli over 4 plates.
  17. Make fish fillets with tomatoes next to them..
