Spicy chicken and celery
Spicy chicken with celery, onion, pesto and chestnut mushrooms.
Cut the celery into pieces of 3 cm. Bring plenty of water to the boil and boil the celery for 3 minutes. Drain.
Dab the chicken fillet dry with kitchen paper. Prepare the potato wedges in a frying pan according to the instructions on the package.

Halve the mushrooms and add and stir fry until they release moisture. Stir in the celery and the pesto and heat in between.
Serve directly with the potato wedges.
