Turkey caloppini in mustard-sherry sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, turkey breast (a la minute), butter, shallots (in thin rings), Zaanse mustard, medium dry sherry and flat parsley (finely chopped).
Rub the turkey fillets with salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the turkey fillets in 4 min. Brown and done. Put them on a plate.
Fry the shallots 2 minutes in the shortening. Stir the mustard and sherry through the shortening and pour 2 tbsp water. Bring to the boil while stirring and let the sauce simmer for 4 minutes. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
Put the turkey fillets in the sauce and let them warm in about 2 minutes. Sprinkle the parsley over it. Tasty with pasta and broccoli.
