Gentian waterzooi
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, potatoes (duopak a 700 g), celeriac, winter carrot, leek, lemon (pressed), chicken stock, chicken fillet, crème fraîche and celery (finely chopped).

Roots according to instructions almost boil, drain and let cool.

Meanwhile, peel celeriac, cut into slices and then into thin slices.

Peel off carrot.

Cut the leek in half lengthwise and clean it.

Slice the carrots and carrots into as large strips as celeriac.
