Directions

  1. Bring water with salt to a boil in a pan. Boil the macaroni in approx. 8 minutes until al dente. In the meantime, heat oil in a pan. Allow the spinach to shrink in about 4 minutes. Cut the magor into cubes.
  2. Take the spinach out of the pan and chop coarsely. Put the lean and crème fraîche in the same pan, heat for about 4 minutes until the cheese has melted. Mix in the spinach and warm for another 1 min. Season with pepper and salt.
  3. Drain the macaroni. Divide the macaroni and spinach cheese sauce over two deep plates. Grind pepper generously.
