Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Halve the pears in length and cut out the cores.

Rub the cutting edges with lemon juice to discolour.

Mix the mince in a bowl with the paprika, cinnamon, Italian herbs, half of the feta and some freshly ground pepper. Knead well until it becomes a bit sticky.

Divide the minced meat into 8 equal portions and fill each pear cavity with minced meat.

Put the pears in the baking dish and pour the stock on the bottom. Sprinkle the remaining feta with almonds over the pears.

Slide the dish into the oven and bake the pears in 25-30 minutes until tender and brown.
