Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon pressed out, peeled grated
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder (djahé)
- 1 mespoint paprika
- 1 mespoint cayenne pepper
- 500 gram lean ham in cubes of about 2 cm
- Frying oil
- 200 milliliters low fat yogurt
- 2 clove garlic pressed
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley minced meat
- 500 gram fries
- 1 crop lettuce
- 150 milliliters vinaigrette
- 150 milliliters Salad Dressing

Spoon olive oil, juice and grater of lemon, salt, pepper, ginger powder and cayenne pepper or paprika through the meat.

Thread the pieces of meat on the skewers. Preheat a grill or grill pan and heat the frying oil at the same time.

Grill the meat 12-15 minutes and turn it regularly.

In the meantime, mix the yogurt with the garlic, parsley, pepper and salt.

Fry the fries. Serve the brochettes with the fries, parsley sauce and lettuce with vinaigrette or salad dressing.
