Directions

  1. Spoon olive oil, juice and grater of lemon, salt, pepper, ginger powder and cayenne pepper or paprika through the meat.
  2. Thread the pieces of meat on the skewers. Preheat a grill or grill pan and heat the frying oil at the same time.
  3. Grill the meat 12-15 minutes and turn it regularly.
  4. In the meantime, mix the yogurt with the garlic, parsley, pepper and salt.
