Chicory with cheese sauce
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: chicory, 4-form gouache sauce (cheese sauce, 260 g), butter or margarine, vegetarian balls (210 g), mashed potatoes à la minute (180 g, 3 bags) and fresh parsley (a 30 g) .

Clean chicory, halve bushes and remove bitter core.

Fry in pan of chicory for about 8 minutes.

Heat butter in frying pan and cook until about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare puree according to instructions.

Heat sauce.

Parsley finely cut.

Cut chicory on four plates, pour sauce over it and sprinkle with parsley.

Serve with puree and balls..
