Chicory with cheese sauce


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: chicory, 4-form gouache sauce (cheese sauce, 260 g), butter or margarine, vegetarian balls (210 g), mashed potatoes à la minute (180 g, 3 bags) and fresh parsley (a 30 g) .

Directions

  1. Clean chicory, halve bushes and remove bitter core.
  2. Fry in pan of chicory for about 8 minutes.
  3. Heat butter in frying pan and cook until about 5 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare puree according to instructions.
  5. Heat sauce.
  6. Parsley finely cut.
  7. Cut chicory on four plates, pour sauce over it and sprinkle with parsley.
  8. Serve with puree and balls..
