Lime dish with chickpeas
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, onions, bacon, turkey breast (about 350 g), sunflower oil, couscous (pack of 400 g), Dutch stir-fry vegetables (frozen 450 g), mild Indian curry paste (pot of 250 ml) and chickpeas (400 g).

Peel and chop onions.

Cut the bacon into strips.

Cut the turkey fillet into strips.

Heat up in wok oil and gently bake for about 1 minute.

Add onions and bake for another 2 minutes.

Push onion mixture aside.

Fry for about 5 minutes in the middle of wok turkey strips.

In the meantime, prepare couscous according to instructions.

Mix stir-fry vegetables and curry paste with turkey, stir-fry for about 3 minutes.

Chick peas drain and add.

Heat the wok dish through and through.

Serve with couscous..
