Tomato-vegetable soup with tofu
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: olive oil, tofu stir-fry finely seasoned (200 g), wok vegetables, coarsely chopped (400 g), tomato cubes (400 g), herbal stock tablets, grated old cheese and baguette.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the tofu for 1 minute.

Add the wok vegetables and stir-fry 2-3 minutes.

Scoop the tomato cubes with moisture through the vegetables, crumble the bouillón tablets above and add 1 liter of water.

Bring the soup to the boil while stirring and let it cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the soup with the grated cheese and the baguette..
