Hearty cake with grilled peppers, bacon strips, rosemary and cashew nuts.

Preheat the oven to 175 ºC. Let the puff pastry thaw.

Bake the bacon in a frying pan without oil or butter in 5 minutes. Meanwhile cut the onion in half rings.

Add the onion and rosemary and cook for 6 minutes on medium heat.

Meanwhile, cover the shape with the puff pastry. Let the grilled peppers drain.

Beat the eggs, whipped cream, pepper and salt in a bowl.

Spoon the bacon mixture into the mold and sprinkle with the cheese. Pour the egg mixture on it. Divide the peppers and cashew nuts.

Bake the quiche in a little over 45 minutes slightly under the oven.
