Nut quiche


Hearty cake with grilled peppers, bacon strips, rosemary and cashew nuts.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ºC. Let the puff pastry thaw.
  2. Bake the bacon in a frying pan without oil or butter in 5 minutes. Meanwhile cut the onion in half rings.
  3. Add the onion and rosemary and cook for 6 minutes on medium heat.
  4. Meanwhile, cover the shape with the puff pastry. Let the grilled peppers drain.
  5. Beat the eggs, whipped cream, pepper and salt in a bowl.
  6. Spoon the bacon mixture into the mold and sprinkle with the cheese. Pour the egg mixture on it. Divide the peppers and cashew nuts.
  7. Bake the quiche in a little over 45 minutes slightly under the oven.
  8. Bon appétit! .
