Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Cut the red onions into half rings.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 4 minutes on medium heat. Add the broccoli list and heat for 1 min.
  4. In the meantime, finely chop the celery. Beat the eggs with the cooking milk, celery, pepper and salt.
  5. Drain the tuna.
  6. Line the greased quiche mold with the puff pastry. Mix the onion, broccoli rice and tuna and spread over the puff pastry.
  7. Pour the egg mixture on top and divide the tomatoes and cheese.
  8. Fry the quiche in a little over 45 minutes just under the middle of the oven until golden brown and done. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes on a rack.
