Tuna-broccoli quiche with tomatoes and old cheese

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Cut the red onions into half rings.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 4 minutes on medium heat. Add the broccoli list and heat for 1 min.
