Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the winter carrot into thin strips, halve the onion and cut into wafer-thin bows. Divide the broccoli into very small florets.

Heat the oil in a large stirring stir fry the carrot and onion 2 minutes on high heat. Squeeze the garlic on top, add the shawarma and cook for 2 minutes.

Then add the broccoli and cook for 2 minutes. Pour in the soy sauce and the water and fry for 2 minutes on a high heat.

Season with pepper. Serve with the rice.
