Cook the pasta. Add the leeks over the last 3 minutes of the cooking time.

Preheat the oven to 200ºC or heat the oven grill.

Drain the pasta with the leek and drain well.

Mix in the pepper strips, paprika powder and oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the mixture into an oven dish. Spread the cheese over it and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs.

Grate in the oven for 8-10 minutes or 2-3 minutes under the oven grill.
