Sukadas with parsnip
Stew with sukadas, onions, sweet soy sauce, silver onions and parsnips.

Spread the slices of beef on both sides with the mustard and sprinkle with the Zwolle stew and the flour.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the pieces over medium heat in 5 min. Brown.

Cut the onions in half rings and cook for 2 minutes. Add the bouillon, ketjapmarinadeen silver onions with water.

Bring to the boil and roast with the lid at an angle on the pan on the smallest stew in approx. 2 hours and 30 minutes until done. Check for doneness after 2 hours.

Peel the parsnip and cut into 1 cm cubes. When the meat is done, add the parsnip cubes and simmer for 25 minutes without the lid.

Do not stir so that the slices of beef remain intact.
