In a bowl, mix the vinegar, sugar, sunflower oil and cucumber. Sprinkle with salt and a lot of pepper, stir well and set aside.

Mix the cajun seasoning with the honey and swirl the bacon patches through it.

Cook the rice. In the meantime, heat a frying pan at medium height and fry the bacon steaks in about 5 minutes around golden brown and crispy.

Serve with the rice and sweet and sour cucumber.
