Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the vinegar, sugar, sunflower oil and cucumber. Sprinkle with salt and a lot of pepper, stir well and set aside.
  2. Mix the cajun seasoning with the honey and swirl the bacon patches through it.
  3. Cook the rice. In the meantime, heat a frying pan at medium height and fry the bacon steaks in about 5 minutes around golden brown and crispy.
  4. Serve with the rice and sweet and sour cucumber.
