Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Meanwhile, halve the green beans and boil for 4 minutes in water with a little salt. Drain and rinse cold under running water, set aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a stir frying pan the meat in 4 min. Golden brown and done. Add the green beans and bok choy and fry for 2 minutes.
