Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, halve the green beans and boil for 4 minutes in water with a little salt. Drain and rinse cold under running water, set aside.

Heat the oil in a stir frying pan the meat in 4 min. Golden brown and done. Add the green beans and bok choy and fry for 2 minutes.

Add the water and the mix and scoop. Bring to a boil and cook for 4 minutes. Spoon the rice through and warm for 1 more minute.
