Extra requirements: food processor and a low oven dish.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Grease the oven dish.

Cut the spring onion into rings.

Finely chop the parsley.

Grate and press the orange.

Peel the kohlrabi and cut into cubes of 1 cm.

Also cut the bell pepper into cubes of one cm.

Melt the butter.

Divide the kohlrabi, peppers and spring onions in the baking dish and scoop them with the parsley, orange zest, salt and pepper, half of both the orange juice and the butter.

Roast the vegetables for 10 minutes in the oven.

Meanwhile cut the salmon fillets into equal pieces (1 per person) and rub them in with salt, pepper and orange juice.

Crumble the bread (in the food processor) and mix in the rest of the butter.

Place the pieces of salmon with the skin down between the vegetables and sprinkle the bread crumbs over the salmon and vegetables.

Put the dish back in the oven and fry the salmon with vegetables in 20-25 minutes until golden brown and done.
