Ingredients
Directions
-
Grate the peel of the lime and squeeze the fruit.
-
Halve the cucumber in the length, scrape out the seeds with a teaspoon.
-
Halve the cucumber halves once again in the length and with a cheese slicer pull long ribbons.
-
Dab the cucumber ribbons dry, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and scoop them with the lime juice and half of the lime zest.
-
Allow the cucumber to stand for a moment, so that the flavor can withdraw.
-
Mix the salmon mince with the rest of the lime zest, the egg and most of the dill (keep some dill for the garnish) and make 4 burgers out of it.
-
Then roll them through the flower.
-
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the salmon burgers in 6-8 minutes, halfway through.
-
In the meantime, heat the grill pan and cut the baguette into 4 pieces.
-
Cut open the pieces and thinly coat them with oil.
-
Grill the bread for 2 minutes.
-
Let the baguette cool down and spread with the Dijonnaise (mustard mayonnaise).
-
Spread a portion of the cucumber over the bread and lay a salmon burger on top, sprinkle with the rest of the dill.
-
Serve the rest of the cucumber ribbons..
