Directions

  1. Put the potatoes on with a spoonful of salt and let them cook for about 20 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onions for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the grated beet, stir and let it warm for a few more minutes.
  4. Dab the fish fillets dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fold crosswise two slices of bacon around it.
  5. Drain the potatoes and crush them. Spoon the beets and mix everything well. Season the stew with salt and pepper.
  6. Fry the fish in a frying pan and brown and done in about 10 minutes. Serve with the stew.
