Pizza with tuna, mushrooms and mozzarella

Ingredients
- 7 gram dried yeast for the pizza dough
- 1 teaspoon sugar for the pizza dough
- 400 gram flour for the pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon flour for the pizza dough
- 4 tablespoon olive oil for the pizza dough
- 200 milliliters sifted tomato for the filling
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs for the filling
- 2 tin can tuna for the filling
Directions

Start with the pizza dough. Mix the yeast and sugar with 200 ml of lukewarm water.

Leave for about 10 minutes and stir to a smooth mixture.

Spoon 400 grams of flour into a bowl and make a well in the middle.

Pour in the yeast solution and add 3-4 tablespoons of oil.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt over the flour. Mix and knead to an elastic dough in about 10 minutes.

Form 2 rolls of bread from the dough and leave them covered with a damp cloth for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 220ºC.

Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out the dough balls into 2 thin pizza bases.

Place them on the baking sheet and brush with the sieved tomatoes. Sprinkle with the herbs.

Divide the rest of the filling over it and sprinkle with the grated cheese.

Bake the pizzas in the oven in 12-15 minutes until done and crispy.
