Vegetable macaroni with tuna
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, macaroni grande (pasta bag 500 g, organic), olive oil, onion (chopped), celery (in strips), coarsely chopped wok vegetables (400 g), tomato cubes (400 g), tuna in water ( a 130 g) and dried mint.

Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the package. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Add the celery and the wok vegetable and cook for 4-5 min.

Add the tomatoes and bring to the boil. Turn down the heat and scoop the tuna through it. Heat on low heat 3-4 min. Season with the mint, pepper and salt.

Spoon the macaroni through the vegetables with tuna. Serve the pasta in 4 deep plates.
