Quiche With Bacon And Leeks

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Let the dough thaw.

Grease the cake mold and cover with the slices of dough. Push the seams of the dough well so that the bottom and edges are completely covered.

Wash leek well and cut the leek into thin rings.

Fry the bacon strips in a dry frying pan for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Let the bacon strips drain on kitchen paper.

Fry the leeks in the remaining bacon fat for 5 min.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the whipped cream and mix the cheese, bacon, leek and some pepper.

Pour the egg mixture into the tart mold. Fry the quiche in 25-30 minutes until done and golden brown.

Remove the quiche from the oven and let it stand for 5-10 minutes before you cut it.
