Steak with cashew nuts in oyster sauce


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, soy sauce, sesame oil (bottle 250 ml), dry sherry, cornstarch, steak (in slices), sunflower oil, fresh ginger root ((bag of 150 g), grated), oyster sauce (bottle 250 ml), spring onion ((3 pieces), in slanting rings of 3 cm) and unsalted cashew nuts (a 150 g).

Directions

  1. Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, sherry and cornstarch in a bowl. Put the steak through and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat a wok, pour in the sunflower oil and wait until the oil starts to smoke. Remove the steak from the marinade and let it drain. Keep the marinade. Stir-fry the steak for 4 minutes in the wok and drain in a colander. Pour half of the sunflower oil in a heat-resistant bowl, this oil is no longer used.
  3. Stir the ginger in the same wok 1 min on medium heat. Add the marinade and oyster sauce and bring to the boil. Stir in the steak, spring onions and cashew nuts and heat for 2 more minutes. Spoon with white rice and stir-fried bok choy.
