A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, champagnes (pre-fried rolls, pack of 6), olive oil, beef tarts, onions (in rings), Greek yoghurt (170 g), cucumber (in thin strips), fresh mint (finely chopped) and tomatoes (in slices).

Bake the rolls according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a frying pan.

Bake the tarttails in 8 minutes brown and done.

Turn halfway.

Remove the meat from the pan and keep warm under aluminum foil.

Fry the onion rings in the frying fat until golden brown.

Meanwhile, cut the buns open.

Mix the yogurt with the cucumber and 2 tbsp fresh mint and add pepper and salt to taste.

Cover the rolls with a large spoon of cucumber yoghurt, the tarttails, a slice of tomato and the onion rings.

Sprinkle the remaining fresh mint with salt and pepper to taste over the remaining cucumber and serve with the rest of the tomato with the rolls..
