Pepper steak with puff potatoes
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, rump steak (frozen, 4 x 125 g), onion, steam vegetables green beans (string beans, sugar snaps (210 g)), olive oil, four seasons pepper (ground), puff potatoes in the peel (with yoghurt garlic sauce) (a 450 g)) and turn completely Italian (250 g).

Thaw the steak.

Peel onion and cut into half rings.

Prepare steam vegetables in a microwave at full power (700 Watts) for 6 minutes and allow to cool.

Rub the steak with olive oil and sprinkle with plenty of four-season pepper.

Grill pan, plate or pan.

Prepare potatoes in a microwave according to the instructions for use.

Mix lettuce with steam vegetables and onion rings.

Spread salad over four plates.

Sprinkle dressing (out of the box).

Cook the steak on hot grill pan until done, medium or pink.

Steaks each cut in a few places and put on salad.

Serve with peanut and garlic sauce together..
