Oriental stir-fry rice with bok choy and chicken

Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a wok or skillet and fry the chicken cubes in approx. 5 minutes.

Add the onions and stir fry briefly. Add the white of the bok choy and fry for about 5 minutes.

In the meantime prepare the rice according to the instructions on the packaging with the rest of the oil and with 600 ml of water.

Add the chopped cashew nuts with the rice. Add the wok sauce to the chicken, stir in the green of the bok choy and continue to warm for about 1 minute. Serve the cashew there.
