Slice the chicken meat off the bone and cut the meat into cubes. Sprinkle with flour and salt.

Heat the oil in a large pan with a thick bottom and fry the meat around.

Add the onion and fry for a few minutes.

Add the curry paste and cook while stirring. Add the tomato cubes and sweet potato and stir well. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes without lid on the pan.

Spoon the pointed cabbage through it and roast for a few more minutes until the coal is al dente. Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the curry with the spring onion and coriander. Tasty with rice or flat bread.
