Ingredients
- 2 cut White bread without crust
- 100 milliliters milk
- 500 gram half to half minced
- 3 tablespoon Spice meatballs
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoon liquid baking product
- 100 gram breakfast bacon finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 200 milliliters meat broth from tablet warm
- 200 gram creme fraiche
- 300 gram Spaghetti
- 1 hand fresh basil

Directions

Let the bread soak in the milk for about 10 minutes. Prepare the bread and mix it with the minced meat.

Season the minced meat to taste, roll it into small balls and let it stew for an hour in the fridge.

Heat a tablespoon of butter and fry the balls in two portions around brown. Stir the baking into the pan and add the rest of the butter and finely chopped bacon.

After a minute, add the flour and stir-fry very briefly until the flour leaves the bottom.

Add the stock and crème fraîche and bring the sauce to the boil while stirring.

Let the sauce reduce a little and bring it to taste. Put the balls in the sauce and let it warm for a few more minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package and serve with the balls. Garnish with basil if necessary.
