Nasi with ginger
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, rice, nasi / bami vegetable mix (500 g), mushrooms (250 g), sunflower oil, nasi / bamivlees (300 g), sweet soy sauce, fresh ginger root (peeled and chopped), garlic (chopped) and bean sprouts.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the packaging and let it evaporate equally well after cooking.

Cut the peppers from the nasi-bami vegetables fine and the mushrooms in coarse pieces.

Heat in a wok 1 tablespoon of oil and stir fry the meat on high heat in 5 minutes brown and cooked, season with ketjapmarinadeen scoop out of the pan.

Heat in the same wok 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the ginger, the garlic and the mushrooms until they lightly discolor, scoop the vegetables and stir fry for about 5 minutes while stirring on high heat until they start to shrink a little, add the bean sprouts last minute.

Scoop the vegetables from the pan.

Heat in the stirring last spoon of oil and the boiled rice and fry the meat with your fingers.

Scoop the vegetables through the rice mixture in the wok.

Warmly just as well.
