Pandan rice with tofu and vegetables
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: pandan rice, oil, tofu naturel (375 g, diced), fresh ginger root, Japanese soy sauce, sliced cabbage, red pepper (in strips) and ground cumin (djinten).

Cook the rice according to the instructions for 15 minutes.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in woks and fry tofu with ginger for 5 minutes.

Tofu in bowl and mix soy sauce.

Heat 2 more oil again.

Red cabbage, pepper and cumin stir fry for 6-7 min.

Last minute tofu with soy sauce by mixing vegetables and co-heating.

Distribute rice and vegetable mixture over four plates..
