A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, beef bratwurst (4 pieces), Tuscan potato wedges (800 g), onion (chopped), red cabbage (300 g, organic), balsamic vinegar (250 ml bottle), black olives (240 g jar) ) and dried Italian herbs (12 g jar).

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the bratwurst in about 20 min. Brown and done. Heat 2 tbsp oil in another frying pan and fry the potato wedges in 8-10 min. Golden yellow and done, shovel regularly.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the red cabbage and cook until crispy until 5-6 minutes. Put the balsamic vinegar, olives and Italian herbs through them and season with salt and pepper.

Divide the red cabbage and the sausage over 4 plates and serve with the potato wedges.
