Spaghetti with pesto rosso and broccoli
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: spaghetti (pack 500 g), broccoli (in florets), oil, onion (in half rings), red pepper (in strips), cooking cream (bottle 250 ml), pesto rosso (duopak 2 x 90 g) and ground cheese (mature (175 g)).

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package, but remove 1 minute of the cooking time. Cook the broccoli al dente in 5 min.

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the onion until golden brown. Add the bell pepper and stir-fry 3 minutes. Add the broccoli at the last minute.

Drain the spaghetti and stir in the cooking cream, pesto rosso and cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper and heat for 1 min. Serve the spaghetti with the vegetables.
