Spaghetti with pesto rosso and broccoli


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: spaghetti (pack 500 g), broccoli (in florets), oil, onion (in half rings), red pepper (in strips), cooking cream (bottle 250 ml), pesto rosso (duopak 2 x 90 g) and ground cheese (mature (175 g)).

Directions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package, but remove 1 minute of the cooking time. Cook the broccoli al dente in 5 min.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the onion until golden brown. Add the bell pepper and stir-fry 3 minutes. Add the broccoli at the last minute.
  3. Drain the spaghetti and stir in the cooking cream, pesto rosso and cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper and heat for 1 min. Serve the spaghetti with the vegetables.
